OVERVIEW: Echoing the clients admiration of gothic architecture, NOMI proposed a modern twist on the traditional style. The desks drawers became the pieces focal point, abstracting key characteristics of the 16th century style: pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and ornate flying buttresses.  The piece currently resides in a home office on the outskirts of Lexington, KY.
