Nestled in the heart of Maysville, Kentucky, the new Gethsemane Gardens Welcome Center serves as the gateway to a sacred and transformative experience. This approximately 5,000-square-foot facility is designed to be the arrival point for visitors embarking on a spiritual journey through the Stations of the Cross gardens. More than just a building, the Welcome Center will be a place of orientation, reflection, and community—a space that prepares guests for the profound beauty and meaning awaiting them in the gardens. The interior of the Welcome Center will feature thoughtfully curated gallery spaces that provide historical and religious context for the Stations of the Cross including custom woodworking and fabrication. These exhibits will offer visitors a deeper understanding of the Passion of Christ, tracing its significance through centuries of devotion and artistry. By engaging with these displays, guests will gain a foundation that enriches their walk through the gardens, allowing them to connect more fully with the symbolism and spiritual depth of each station. Adjacent to the galleries, a small gathering space will accommodate group discussions, prayer circles, and educational programs. This intimate area will foster community and dialogue, creating opportunities for shared reflection and learning. Supporting amenities—including restrooms, storage areas, and a gift shop—will ensure comfort and convenience for all visitors, rounding out the center’s role as a welcoming and functional hub.
Our custom fabrication adds depth to the spiritual journey throughout the building.
